Effective October 16, 2026. pium is operated by Eunice Jung in Hong Kong. Public paid plans, credit sales and checkout are not available. There is no subscription to renew or cancel, and the free trial requires no payment.
An unexpected charge
If you believe you were charged in connection with pium, contact builtbyeunice@gmail.com with the transaction date, amount, currency and receipt or reference number. Do not email a complete card number, security code or bank login. We will investigate with the relevant payment provider and arrange correction or refund of any erroneous charge attributable to us, where applicable.
Before paid access becomes available
We will publish the actual price, purchase model, cancellation process, refund eligibility and request procedure before accepting a real payment. This page does not establish a future no-refund rule or waive mandatory consumer rights.
