Who can use pium?
pium is only for people aged 18 and over. This applies to free trials, accounts, chat, feed and voice features. Do not use pium if you are under 18.
Why is pium 18+?
pium is an adult-only beta while we evaluate safeguards for AI conversations and personal data. It is not an adult-content service: sexual content is not allowed. We are not currently offering an experience designed for children or teens. We ask only for an age confirmation, not your birth date or ID.
Is Seojun a real person?
Seojun is a fictional AI character for Korean practice. His portrait is AI-generated, not a photograph of a real ONDO member. Replies are generated by AI and may contain mistakes. He is a friendly practice partner, not a real idol or a professional adviser.
Why does Seojun speak casually?
Choose Casual (banmal) or Polite (해요체) under Conversation style in Settings, or ask Seojun to switch in chat. The preference is saved for future messages and voice calls. You can use polite Korean; valid polite endings are not mistakes and corrections should preserve your register.
What can I write?
Korean, romanization, English, or a mix are welcome. Your Korean level adjusts new replies. Tap underlined words to learn their meanings and save them.
How does the free trial work?
This preview allows 30 successful chat replies, writing checks or voice sessions with a successful reply to your speech per browser each day (reset at 00:00 UTC). The opening greeting does not use a reply. Failed requests do not count. Signing in or resetting learning progress does not refill the daily allowance early. Writing is checked automatically after you send it. “Check my Korean” appears below your sent messages. Already checked messages show their result without another request; older or voice messages without feedback use one allowance for a manual check.
Where is Check my Korean?
Below each message you send in Chat, choose Check my Korean. New text messages are checked automatically; the button opens that feedback when it is ready. Older and voice messages can request a check.
Can I buy credits?
Not yet. Public purchases are disabled while pricing is being decided. The trial is free and needs no card.
How do I use live voice?
Open Chat and choose Talk by voice. Microphone audio and recent chat are sent through pium to Google Gemini. Tap the microphone to start speaking and tap again to finish. Audio is sent only during your speaking turn. Use End voice chat to disconnect; a session lasts up to 10 minutes.
Where is my data stored?
Guest learning data stays in this browser. When signed in, learning data is saved to your account in Supabase. Guest history is not automatically copied into an account. Your profile and recent messages go to Google Gemini for replies. Voice input and live conversations are processed by Google Gemini.
Does someone review my conversations?
Optional quality-review copies remain on this device. To report a reply, review the selected excerpt and send it through your email app to builtbyeunice@gmail.com. Only what you send is shared with the team; your email address will be visible.
How do I download or reset my progress?
Settings → Your learning data lets you download a JSON copy. The reset action at the bottom clears learning progress after confirmation, but does not delete your account. Account deletion is available in Settings after signing in again. Provider records and sent emails are handled separately; contact support.
What if something goes wrong?
Check your connection before retrying. Keep this page open if a cloud-save error appears, and use Retry save in Settings. Contact and feedback let you prepare a message and open your email app to send it to builtbyeunice@gmail.com. Opening the email app does not confirm delivery.
